Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
Beta software
Diameter is in private beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. There is no service level agreement (SLA) during the beta period. We'll do our best to keep things running, but uptime is not guaranteed.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately.
Acceptable use
Use Diameter for legitimate work. Don't use it to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or probe the service infrastructure
- Overload the service with automated or excessive requests
Your data
You own your content. Documents, presentations, tasks, and any other content you create in Diameter belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your work. We need a license to host and display your content to provide the service, but that's it.
Service changes
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time during the beta. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but we reserve the right to update these terms as the product evolves.
Termination
You can stop using Diameter at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we shut down the beta, we'll give you time to export your data.
